[CRUSH-all] Award Presentation

Hi everyone,
 
I am planning the presentation for our annual award presentation. It looks  
like we will be having it on May 11 at 6:30 in the MPR at SSA. Everyone will  
receive a formal invitation. After the presentation, we will have a reception. 
I  need some volunteers for food, soft drinks etc. I am needing a cake, 
cookies,  ice and softdrinks and plates, plastic forks, cups and napkins. Please 
respond  and let me know if you can bring anything.
 
This will be special and it will be our last opportunity to show our  
fondness and appreciation of our graduating seniors.
 
If there is enough family response, perhaps we can have a robot on-hand to  
let kids drive during the reception.
 
All ideas or suggestions welcome! Let's make this really special.
 
Also, we would like to get a group photo this year as well. I would like to  
set a date and have everyone show. Those who don't will not be included so 
plan  on being there at 5:15pm on Tuesday 4/18. Hopefully we can get mentors 
there as  well. This should take no more than 15 minutes. Wear what you like.
