I just want to remind everyone who signed up to work at the Barnes & Noble
Gift Wrap Fundraiser that this Thursday, Dec 21, is THE DAY!! The
following people have volunteered to wrap at the following times:

If you are unable to make your scheduled shift, please find a replacement
and let Ellie know.

Barnes & Noble's Instructions for Gift Wrap Volunteers:

* The gift wrapping area is located by the Barnes & Noble Cafe this year.

* Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift.

* Please wear your CRUSH shirt.

* Remember to look and act professionally during your shift.

* We may NOT solicit customers; we must wait for them to come to our
table. Barnes & Noble staff will direct their customers to our table for
the free gift wrapping service (i.e., customers may choose to give us a
donation, but they are not required to do so).

* Please check for the receipt before wrapping any items and wrap only
items purchased at Barnes & Noble.

* Barnes & Noble will provide wrapping paper, tape and scissors.

* We will have a tip jar on the table.

* To encourage tips, we may offer a selection of bows. Ellie and
Melissa will provide some bows. We'll be wrapping A LOT of packages, so if
you have bows you are willing to bring, that would be wonderful.

* Please keep the gift wrapping area neat and clean.

* Barnes & Noble will provide a sign for our table. No other signs are
allowed.

* We may display brochures and flyers with CRUSH info at the gift-wrapping
table.

* Please remain at the table until you are relieved at the end of your
shift. If someone does not show up for the next shift, please call Ellie
at 575-8250 or 270-3243.
