[CRUSH-all] Phoenix trip - good news on costs

Hi team

Through some combination of generosity from Best Western and hard negotiations from Pam-the-travel-man(ager), we now have secured 8 rooms at the group rate normally reserved for 10 rooms. Thanks Pam!! The hotel was quite flexible with us, so please, let's not have to ask them to reduce again. We have enough who have indicated they are going on the trip to use the 8 rooms, and I hope to keep it that way. 

This will reduce the weekend cost from $210 per person to $180. Students, you now only need 103 hours to fully fund the trip to Phoenix. So to calculate what you owe, if you have fewer than 103 hours:
(103 - your hours) * 1.75 = amount you owe. 

Those that have paid already, I owe you some money back, or you can write me a replacement check.
