[CRUSH-all] NASA student input required

Hi parents and students

I'm sorry to not have provided this information sooner. As part of our agreement with NASA for the generous grant we received. they require some information from our students. We need all students to complete a profile form and a survey BEFORE we participate in the Arizona Regional later this week. There are also feedback and follow-up surveys after the competition. It's all online and will only take a few minutes, so please, let's cooperate on this and get it done. It must be done before we leave Wednesday.

PARENTS please help your students stay on top of this and get it done. Here are the web links.

Start at the link above. Click "continue". 

Click "enter profile" since you don't have one yet. 

For NASA Center, choose Dryden Flight Research Center. 

Fill out the form, click "submit".

For SSA students, school information is Sonoran Science Academy, 2255 W Ina Road, Tucson, AZ 85741-2650
