[CRUSH-all] last minute reminders

Hi all

Tomorrow we're off to Phoenix. Some last minute reminders:

- students traveling w/o family, or with only one parent, will be roomed in a boys or girls room. You know who you are. There will be three or four to a room, and two beds. You'll have to decide if you need to bring a sleeping bag or if bed sharing is OK. Seems the policy these days is no roll-away beds due to fire safety restrictions.

- there is a pool at the hotel. We will probably have time to swim on Wednesday only. If you want this option, bring a swimsuit.

- I have almost all the permission forms. If you have not done yours yet, please make sure to bring them tomorrow. I need the FIRST form from everybody (students and adults) and the SSA form only from students. 

- most of you have done the NASA profile and survey as I requested. If you have not done it, that also needs to be done tomorrow. It takes about 15 minutes.

We're mostly packed. I have some hardware shopping to do tomorrow, then final packing at school just before we leave. We will get loaded up starting at 3, and hope to leave before 4. Make sure you're there by 3:30 at the LATEST if you want to travel with the group.
