Shop Procedures, 
 
I,m sorry if there is a miscommunication. Over the past 2 years I have told  
everyone that they should take the last 15 or so minutes and clean up the 
shop.  Put all the tools back and locked up. This is not done very often unless I 
do it  myself. During the build season this was forgiven due to the needed 
work hours  and short help. I worked very hard to once again put the shop back in 
order.  ALONE WITHOUT HELP!! The build season is over and there is or needs 
to be time  to keep clean. Yes, I wanted to get some woodwork done during the 
day and if the  shop was cleaned at night I would not have to clean first. MR. 
ADEM frequently  brings visitors to the shop during the day to see the 
Robotics Shop. It should  be clean at all times during the day for this purpose. I 
don't get paid to clean  the shop. This is the TEAMS responsibility. Cleaning 
the shop is the TEAMS  responsibility not the Schools. MR. ADEM has made it 
clear that he expects the  shop to be reasonably presentable and not a Fire or 
Safety Hazard. When I work  there you don't even know because I clean up after 
myself. The SCHOOL and MR.  ADEM expect us all to do this.
