I'm sorry for this, we thought yesterday was an acceptable date, but turns 
out it conflicts with another school event that would preclude key people 
from coming. So we're moving the party to the next day, others details 
unchanged. Here's the complete info repeated from yesterday's email:

Hi all

Next week on Thursday May 25 at 5 pm we'll have a pool party at Mr Calik's
place. We have use of the pool and adjoining clubhouse, where we'll set up
food. Wednesday is the last day of school and finals for SSA, so it's a good
chance to play with wild abandon, and especially one last time to be with
the seniors on the team who will head off to greater glory this summer.

The party is open to all students, mentors, and team parents. It's a "pot
luck" so please contribute to everyone's luck by bringing something to eat
and share.

This is just fun, no business! So please come join in the play.
