[CRUSH-all] Reminder: CRUSH meeting this Saturday December 2, 9-3

Hi All

This Saturday is the 1st Saturday of December, so it's a CRUSH meeting. Looking ahead, we'll also meet on the 2rd Satuday, December 16. Even though December has a 5th Saturday, Dec 30, we'll skip that one. 

After New Year's we shift to high gear. The kickoff event in Phoenix is January 6. School starts on January 8, so we should be planning ahead of time who will go, how the transportation will work, etc. 

Also with the end of the year upon us, we should decide what final push we need to make to maximize AZ Tax Credit donations that come to SSA marked for Robotics. This is a very big source of funding for our team, so deserves serious attention. 

At our meeting this Saturday we'll spend the lunch hour with an all-team meeting. I'd like to understand where we stand on the various sub-teams and what the end of year goals are. Also we should begin planning out the schedule for the competition build period, which runs from January 6 to February 20. 

Animators and Designers: we now have the new software versions of Inventor and 3ds Max. We can spend some time this week and/or Saturday getting that set up. 

Builders: I know you guys have been working on a drive train design. You should be thinking about what the end goal with that is, since we're running low on time. I probably don't have to remind you that what you build now can't be reused on the competition robot. Reusing the design is fine of course. 

Programmers: let's turn up the heat. Competition season is almost here! You guys have a few more things to learn before you'll be ready to program the new beast.
