[CRUSH-all] email management - the "all" list

Hi team

It's great having the motivation and energy that produces all the mail on 
the all at crush1011.org list, and I definitely don't want to discourage it. 
It's great to see the community building that's happening on the team. But I 
want to suggest that the short team back and forth email should be somewhere 
else. The reason is that the "all" list includes many parents, old team 
members, sponsors, and other interested parties, who are on the list because 
they want to keep track at a high level of what the team is up to, but are 
mostly not interested in the small details of the team business. If those 
people (they're reading this right now) starting getting too many of the 
short internal team emails, they won't want to stay on this email list, and 
we'll lose them as interested parties. So - I'll send a note to 
build at crush1011.org which is the better list for internal business, 
outlining some of the team communication options we have. Please watch for 
that one and pay attention to it, so we can keep our external CRUSH 
supporters happy with the load we place on their email inbox.

If you are one of those people who only wants the smaller number of messages 
that should be going to "all", and you get the message to "build" that will 
follow this one, please send me an email and I will take you off the "build" 
list but leave you on the "all" list.
