Sorry if you get this twice!

  _____

Hello team

This is it, 1 more day and it will be ROBOLYMPICS time! Thanks to all who
signed up to help set up and clean up for the event. In case you missed
today's meeting, the team and parents are gathering TOMORROW at 5:00pm to
begin preparations together. Since most of you have tomorrow afternoon off
of school, many have signed up to help bring the chairs up from downstairs
or sweep and hose the ramada area. I will list here who has signed up to do
the tasks tomorrow morning and after school.

Jordan H, James, Lamar, Stephen, Tiffany, Ian, Jeramiah and Jason. All of
you should check in with Michelle and your custodian, Mike tomorrow after
you're finished with class for directions. Sydney and Elysse and Jeramiah,
also check with them about setting up chairs in MPR and Mr. Ercan has asked
that we be careful of the musical instruments in that room.

Jason and Michelle, please test the sound system that we will be using on
the field and decide between the two of you the music you will use-pop
music? CRUSH dvd music from your party cd? You guys decide.

I will be at the school with the sign up list tomorrow morning and again in
the evening so if you have forgotten what you signed up to do, look for me
and I will remind you.

Jordan H, if you want to go to help shop for food, you must bring a
permission from your parent.

SATURDAY at 8:00 am the team will gather once again to finish
preparations{set up the playing field, seminar rooms, concession area, ect.
PARENTS, we could use you help after the event at 3pm to help students put
away the chairs and clean up the playing field and ramada area. Many hands
will make the job easier for everyone. Thanks to all the team moms who have
signed up to help serve food at the event and I look forward to seeing all
of you.

GO CRUSH 1011!
