[CRUSH-all] Phoenix travel arrangements

Hi team.
Some families have asked about hotel costs for family members traveling 
to the competition in Phoenix. At this time, we're still struggling to 
find a single location with a sufficient number of rooms for the team 
and chaperons, so we can't offer extra rooms for families. When 
arrangements are confirmed, I'll post information by email, and you may 
try to secure a room at the same or a nearby hotel.
