[CRUSH-all] pre Las Vegas meeting Saturday 9-12

Hi team
We'll meet on Saturday from 9-12 to get ready for the Las Vegas trip. If 
possible, you need to be there for this meeting. I'll distribute trip 
packets (permission forms, etc) like we did for Phoenix, and you'll need 
to return them not later than Tuesday. We'll repack the trailer, which I 
really want more help with this time - only 3 students worked on trip 
packing last time. And we'll do some other prep for miscellaneous needs.

Also, bring any remaining money you owe for the trip, including an extra 
$50 for the Blue Man group tickets if you made that choice.

So - please show up Saturday 9-12 to get ready for our last big trip 
this year!
