Wow. It almost looks like a robot tonight. Very exciting. Check out the 
photodump (http://photodump.crush1011.org). Wheels are mounted and aligned, 
all chains are on. Electronics board is wired and on (temporarily with 
clamps) and wired up to the motors. Quick disconnects everywhere so we can 
take it back off easily. Collector, ball hopper, shooter all in place 
(though none functional at present).

We're going to be close on weight - close but over I'm pretty sure, so we'll 
have a problem to solve. We piled on what we could think of that's not yet 
bolted on (mainly the hopper winder and motor, shooter wheel and motor, 
collector ramp) and weighed it, then subtracted out the weight of the clamps 
we were using for various temporary attachments. The result was 108 pounds. 
So we have 12 pounds to go, and the following items I can think of:

some additional shooter frame
shooter ball release mechanism
ball hopper sides, cable, pulley, springs
ball deflector and support structure
shield for electronics board
camera and associated support structure
paint, sponsor logos, team number

If we're very careful the rest of the way, maybe we won't have to saw off 
too many pounds.
