Hello,
Thank you for considering me for this Phoenix team. However, since this is
our school's second year, I work almost 7/24 :-). I am always at the school
including weekends. And, this team is about 40 mins far away from us. So, I
know that they need help in two weeks, but I am afraid of promising because
I may not keep it. On the other hand, as soon as I get some time, I may
visit them if that's ok. As you said, I love robotics and am trying to
follow how you're doing by visiting photodump, Unfortunately, I can't
schedule another job in my overfull agenda.
Best regards,

Subject: [CRUSH-build] Are you interested in Mentoring a Phoenix Team?
Hello Mr. Omer,
There is a team that is just getting started with only 2 weeks to get a
robot built in Phoenix. They have many challenges. They are in desperate
need of mentors. I know you love robotics so I thought you might be
interested in volunteering. I think that they will be only able to complete
a chassis, drive train and electronics board with default programming, but
you have had experience working on these things. Your experience would be
very helpful. CRUSH has offered to help provide parts if we have them so you
could also work with us and other teams to locate the items they will be
needing. Let us know what you think. The high School is Barry Goldwater HS
and the school is located one mile north of the intersection of I-17 and the
101 in the north valley. The person to contact is Dan Puffer
D.puffer at att.net or if you prefer, I can even set it up for you and get him
in contact with you.
Let me know if you are interested.
Thanks, Leslie Lintner
