[CRUSH-build] shooter shiled

We neglected to ship the shooter shield. Blame me and Joe. He left it 
outside, and as we were leaving somebody spotted it and put it in my jeep. 
It was so cold the next morning that I drove the other car - and thus we 
didn't have the shooter shield when we crated up Kareem.

Fortunately Joe wanted to remake it anyway. But now it will have to be made 
at competition on Thursday. Since it's not in the crate, it's not part of 
the robot, and making one now would not fall into the allowable spare parts 
rule. You can design one and practice making it so it will go quickly doing 
it in the pits.

Probably they will make us shield the collector roller too.
