[CRUSH-build] meeting schedule prior to competition

Hi Builders
Following on Mike's points, there's plenty to do before we can leave ready for success and fun. Here's the meeting schedule I propose:
Tuesday 2/28 3:00-5:30: (nice to be back to "short" meetings)
At 3 pm ITT will come to SSA to present our sponsorhip check for 2006. A reporter will probably attend, so there may be some time spent on photos and interviews. I don't expect this to take more than 20-30 minutes.
After that, we'll do some planning and preparation. See below. There is no "fix it" window this week, so we can't make anything. We can create, discuss, sketch, etc any future work, including software work, just can't really "do it".
Thursday 3/2 3:00-5:30: more planning and prep for AZ Regional
Saturday 3/4 8:00-1:00 - just for fun, whoever wants to will gather at SSA to watch webcast of the regional from Richmond VA. We'll have some drinks and snacks and use on of the projectors to get it on a big screen. The event starts at 7:20 our time and runs until 1 with a break for lunch from 10-11 (it's in eastern time zone). If we have enogh people, we'll get some pizza at lunch. This will be a good chance to see and discuss how the game is really played rather than just our imagination. It should help us be ready to compete the following week.
Sunday 3/5 - 1:00-6:00 - this is a legal 5 hour "fix-it" window. We can make spare parts, like the fiberglass shooter, and misc things like chain idlers, etc, whatever we need that is an exact replacement of some part already on the robot. We can also work on the OI and software. This is our chance to get some autonomous mode going.
Monday 3/6 - 3:00-8:00 - another "fix-it" window, use as needed the same as Sunday
Tuesday 3/7: 3:00-5:30: final prep for leaving the next day
Wednesday 3/8 3:00 - depart for Phoenix, AZ Regional 3/9-11
Saturday 3/11 return from Phoenix, arrive around 6 pm at SSA
Planning/prep includes the items Mike mentioned:
- parts and materials we need to take with us, especially noting what has to be ordered, as Tuesday is about the end of opportunity to order and still receive in time
- tools needed in the travel kit
- planning and preparing our PIT display
- review forms and procedures needed at AZ Regional
- prepare and reherse Chairman's Award presentation
- assignments and roles at competition (safety captain, VIP tour leaders, etc)
Please review the above schedule and be as available as possible to help the team be ready for a great experience in our competition trips. Remember, you're still earning CRUSH$ !!
