[CRUSH-build] Fw: welding at AZ Regional

Judging from below, I doubt we'll be allowed to use a welder we bring, but I 
bet they'll be good at it and friendly, so no worries.

Also, reading the manuals, we can't use anything that sparks (chop saw, 
grinder, sander, etc) or anything with an open flame (torch for bending) in 
the pits. This may also have to be done at the welding station. For plastic 
bending I think the heat gun will work fine, and we can use it in the pits.
