[CRUSH-build] driving the collector drum with a belt

I think we will drive the collector drum with a belt rather than chain. 
Quieter and more efficient, probably lighter. The CIM motor comes with a 
toothed pulley for driving a rubber belt. If it hasn't been lost we'll put 
it back on. The belt and matching pulley can be bought from 
motion-industries. Maybe you shooter guys want to consider this option too.
