[CRUSH-build] spacers for wheel sprockets

Chassis/Drive train team:

The wheel sprockets get bolted to the wheels spaced out whatever distance is
required to make the chains straight. I neglected to order any spacer
assortments for this purpose, so we'll have to find them locally. The parts
IFI sells are nylon with 1/2" OD and 0.194 through hole and come in lengths
of 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2". Also I don't believe any screws for mounting
the sprockets are provided in the wheel kit, so we need to spec them and buy
locally. Six screws and nuts are needed per wheel, and probably the right
size is 10/32 - it's what we've used in the past for the same sprocket hole
pattern.

Also please be sure to use lock-tite when doing final wheel assembly. Get
guidance from your mentors about this. There are many screws in these wheels
and we don't want wheel them vibrating loose.
