[CRUSH-build] chassis clearance - a blunder

My suggestion would be to increase from the present 1 3/4" to 2 1/2 " to be  
sure of clearance. When the chassis is built and powered we should test it on  
the ramp. If we need more or less, it is adjustable ((due to the slots in our 
 tabs). This should also be taken into consideration by the basket and 
shooter  teams, to keep the hieght to less then 60".
Safe would be to figure that we are at 2 1/2" ground clearance+ 3/4" frame  
with a max of 54 3/4" for the basket or shooter hieght. This will leave us at  
58" top hieght. We would have 2" safety clearance at top in case of any other  
un-forseen circumstances.
