Hi all

Just a quick note to help people keep track of the meeting schedule. 

 

We continue to meet all Tuesdays and Thursdays after school for about 2
hours. 

 

The Saturday meetings are on the odd Saturdays, unless something is going on
that requires extra meetings. Since this weekend is the 4th Saturday of the
month, no meeting. September has 5 Saturdays, so the 30th is an odd
Saturday, and there will be a meeting. That means two in a row, since the
next one will be the 1st Saturday of October. Clear as mud?

 

The Saturday meetings start at 9 am and go until 3. Lunch is always
provided, and there is some kind of sit-down meeting or lecture during
lunch. Students may come 9-12:30 (to include the meeting) or 12-3, or stay
for both halves of the day, but we discourage arrivals at other times. This
is because once we've got activities started, it's hard to integrate late
arrivals into activity that's already started. So students and parents,
please try to conform to this: arrive at 9 or 12 on Saturdays.
