Dear Crush 1011 Member,  

 

"Valerie, 14, is one of 12 Tucson youths in the nation's capital this week
as part of a People To People World Leadership Forum. Middle school students
are recommended to the program based on academic achievement and leadership
skills. They come from public, charter and private schools. Eight have never
been to Washington. They dream of being authors and engineers, poets and
professional athletes. "
