This gives example information for the extension rate for an unloaded spring. Would be interesting to see a curve of the extension rate as a function of load, so we could compare the loaded to unloaded rate. We want the loaded rate to be fast enough (reasonable amout of time to lift at end of game) and the unloaded rate to be slow enough (safe).
