[CRUSH-build] fix-it periods

Team - we are in our LAST fix-it period. We used one of the two permitted 5 hour periods today, since the 5 hour periods cannot be sub-divided into smaller meetings. So we have 5 hours left, and it is scheduled for Saturday. Let's make best use of it. I suggest that before the 5 hours starts, we do as much prep as possible - know exactly what we're going to do and that we have tools and materials ready to do it, then start the clock. Secondly, we should tack weld everything before finish-welding anything, unless there's complete confidence we'll get it all done in 5 hours. If we have to take tack-welded parts to Atlanta, we can get the welding finished at the competition with free welders provided there. It's preferable not to do this of course, but better than taking completely unwelded material.

After this Saturday we'll focus on planning and packing what tools and parts to take with us.

See you all Saturday. I will be in the shop from 9 to about 11 and Mr. Eckelbarger will cover the remainder of the meeting.

Thanks
Bill
